Athansor suggested it might be a good idea to mention my blog here, and it's not a bad idea, since the blog is all about art.

I was checking out your Spiderman & MJ wedding cake topper and was hoping you could give me some insight on it.

My fiancee and I are getting married OCt 10, 09 and would like to have a Spiderman & MJ topper as well. I have a Spidey but no luck finding a Mj or anything close.

What figure did you use to make the customization? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Hi Spideyboone! MJ is made from a Buffy the Vampire Slayer "Anya Hell's Bells" action figure. She comes wearing the dress (which blissfully rather resembles MJ's wedding dress anyway!) and I just repainted the hair from blonde to red, and changed the flowers to match my wedding colors. Best of luck! The Anya action figure crops up on ebay pretty often :)
