The Lady of the Apple Orchards. She is the nymph of the groves and fragrant apple blossoms. She protects the bounty of these ancient trees, and is revered by all the creatures who drink the flower's nectar, and eat their fruit. Her skin glows brown in the sun, her curves mimic an apple's rounded and pleasant shape. She is present in all the seasons of the tree's life, but late summer is her moment. At her feet, a rabbit and bird look up at her with reverence, in gratitude for the fruit she protects. Around her head, three somnambulant bees hum a song for her and the flowers from which they drink pollen. And at her temple is the sacred star found in the seeds of every apple.
The drawn border around her features leaf scrollwork, and apple blossoms and fruit.
